“HIRIKO TEAM”, third position in the World Cup Race for vehicles driven by alternative energies

The “HIRIKO TEAM“, which promotes the future HIRIKO electric car that is being developed in the Alava Technological Park, has come third in the 2010 World Rally Championship for Vehicles driven by Alternative Energies. French pilot Raymond Durand was the absolute winner followed by the Italian Vincenzo Di Bella and by Jesús Echave and Juanan Delgado, the HIRIKO team.

After the San Marino Rallye- Vatican City Eco Rally held last weekened in which the HIRIKO TEAM, piloting a hybrid Prius car with which they are promoting the future HIRIKO concept, had a spectacular race with which the current season of races that count in this singular motor tournament comes to an end. The main teams come from Italy, France, Spain, Greece, Canada, Monaco, Belgium and Iceland.
