The Basque Government gets to know the development of the HIRIKO electric vehicle

HIRIKO Chairman, Jesús Echave, and Managing Director general Armando Gaspar, have presented the new HIRIKO electric car to the Basque Government vice councillor of Innovation and Technology, Juan Ignacio Goicolea, to the vice councillor of Planning and Strategy Pedro Gómez Damborenea and to the Director of Technology Edorta Larrauri in the installations in which it is being developed.

Gaspar explained in detail to these executives from the Basque Government Department of Industry the process of development of the HIRIKO vehicle in its “Fold” and “roadster” versions, which will be the first to be introduced in the markets.

These decision makers in innovation and industrial planning made a tour of the HIRIKO workshops and engineering departments attending a demonstration of the peculiarities of the new vehicle which circulated in the streets and squares of Vitoria-Gasteiz a few days ago.
