The European Commission’s President, José Manuel Durao Barroso, has presented this morning the electric vehicle HIRIKO, which has been developed by a Basque enterprise consortium. Armando Gaspar will be directing the industrialisation of the HIRIKO electric vehicle

Engineer Armando Gaspar will be joining us over the next few days as the Director of Industrialisation of the HIRIKO electric vehicle, the first prototype of which is to be unveiled next 24th January before the President of the European Commission, Durao Barroso, in Brussels.
